Abby Guasti, APR, Manager of Culture & Communications

As Manager of Culture and Communications, Abby leads and drives forward people-focused strategies and activities that support team members’ professional development and agency culture. In addition, Guasti serves as the agency lead for internal communications strategies and manages ongoing external communications. Since joining the Red Sage team in 2021 as the Senior Account Executive, Abby has utilized her strengths as a project manager to deliver effective strategy, expertise, and evaluation that best served some of the agency’s largest clients to reach their goals. This experience uniquely qualifies her to implement a culture and communications strategy that resonates with team members throughout the agency.

As an awarding winning PR practitioner, Guasti has worked in both Nashville, TN and Huntsville, AL gaining experience in a variety of industries such as education, healthcare, non-profits, and the music industry. Expertise acquired over 18 years of internal and external communication, strategic planning, relationship cultivation, event planning and execution, and B2C marketing perfectly aligns with the Red Sage standard of providing clients with an experience of excellence.

Guasti, a North Alabama native, attended the University of North Alabama where she received her BS in Public Relations with a minor in Public Communication and a minor in Journalism. She received her MA in Civic Leadership from Lipscomb University and earned her Accreditation in Public Relations in 2011.
