T'Hani Goodman is a passionate and results-driven Web Project Manager, dedicated to creating exceptional digital experiences. With a background in project management for diverse clients and a keen eye for user-centric design, she brings a wealth of expertise to the Red Sage team.

A collaborator at heart, her ability to work with clients and a uniquely talented creative team has led to the successful delivery of multiple projects, always staying true to the original scope, timeline, and budget.

T'Hani's commitment to incorporating data and analytics into the design process ensures that every decision is driven by insights, resulting in optimized website performance and engaging user interfaces. Her proficiency in managing communication and building strong client relationships further elevates the quality of work delivered.

Goodman holds a B.S. in Communications with a specialization in public relations from State University of New York (SUNY) at Fredonia. She continued her education obtaining certifications in Project Management, Social Media Marketing, and UX Foundations. Prior to joining Red Sage, Goodman served as Project Manager in both the digital marketing and nonprofit industries.

When not immersed in the digital realm, T'Hani enjoys practicing yoga, traveling, and spending time with family. Her diverse interests enrich her approach to problem-solving and inspire her to think outside the box.
